Has anyone tried the good man sneakers? Curious how they stack up. I’m not as in to the logo but the shoe looks solid?

  2. TheCosaNostra13 on May 14, 2020 at 2:15 am

I wear an 11 in the greats Royale, do you think a 44 in CP is comparable? Appreciate it

I bought a pair of KOIOs just based on my googling before I found this video. Really like them. Going to buy a pair of Crown Northampton also. Thanks for your analysis.

  6. Jake Co on May 14, 2020 at 2:18 am

Common Projects are overrated. They are not even using top grain leather.

    Thanks for the vid

I was looking exactly for this: minimalist leather sneakers. So i jumped on new republic website, added a few pairs to cart, calculated shipping to Italy…it’s over 100$. Nice.
Man, the curse of being an italian who mainly consumes english language media (by choice – I just can’t seem to find the same standard of quality in my language)…almost none of the recommendations I get actually apply to me.

Btw the werbsite page doesn’t contain anything but the video and a notice of update-in-progress.

STAY AWAY from ONISM. They are no longer using Margom soles and also, mine came creased out of the box. Very very disappointing

What do you think about the alex costa shoes im a fan of a bit higher heels (i own the nike 270 and air max 90 and love the higher heel) but i am not sure if they will fit especially with jeans do you have any advise?

  13. Blackin Vegas on May 14, 2020 at 2:24 am

all of these shoes are trash

  14. Your local Meme dealer on May 14, 2020 at 2:25 am

You should check out Rose Anvil’s Common Projects shoe video, he breaks the shoe down and it is really informative.

  15. proto on May 14, 2020 at 2:28 am

I get that people want a quality cp alternative but spending $150+ on what essentially is a knockoff just seems kind of silly to me. Just wait for a sale and get the real deal.

    Common projects "quality" Lol

  20. Mike Kisonu on May 14, 2020 at 2:41 am

Does it really matter WHERE these sneakers are made?

It’s not like you have old Italian/Spanish craftsmen who have been making sneakers for centuries, handing down their "sneaker making" skills to the next generation.

Who tf waits 3 months for a sneaker?

  23. 613zhaque on May 14, 2020 at 2:44 am

Great video! Been looking at options for a while, I think I’m set on the koio’s. The long tongue on the stan smith is just horrible, he’s right… adidas should be ashamed!

I’m having a really annoying issue with Grand Voyage and not getting any response about a returned product. Has anyone else had issues with them trying to get a refund or a new product?

Wish I had found this video earlier. Excellent content. I’m curious of your opinion on the Alexander McQeees and the lower price point copies.

  29. ironshark123 on May 14, 2020 at 2:53 am

    No lacoste?

  30. Robert Hamzik on May 14, 2020 at 2:54 am

I tried 2 different size (13 and 14) in the Cabells and they just do not work for my feet – 14 was way too big, 13 gave me horrible blisters. Koios sizing was perfect.

  31. actnowone on May 14, 2020 at 2:54 am

You certainly know you’re sneakers that’s for sure 😊👍🇬🇧

  37. el hachemi on May 14, 2020 at 3:00 am

    Lacoste !!!!!!!!

  38. Jay fritz on May 14, 2020 at 3:00 am

Totally agree with your comments on Raf Simons shoes. Raf was asked to design some shoes for Adidas, simply just stuck a R on the side of some Stan Smiths and raised the price 300%. What kind of fashion design is that? Lazy, rip off.

  39. Donald Nelson on May 14, 2020 at 3:01 am

Maybe add the Cole Haan Grandpro Rally. I particularly like the look of the Laser cut version.

I’m a big CP Achilles low fan! You need to watch this! He splits the shoes in half and dissects it!

Great video! I agree with you about the comments on Stan Smith. Could you review ecco soft 7? Thanks!

  43. darya225 on May 14, 2020 at 3:05 am

So pissed off that this collection doesn’t really exist for women. I need a clean simple sleek peer of white sneakers…

  44. michael j.jordan on May 14, 2020 at 3:05 am

Do you know all visvim shoes are made in China, including grizzly, the 3500$ boots….origin matters little.

  45. stringcolor on May 14, 2020 at 3:06 am

Common Projects leather is not all that great either. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnZSyDaTwZs if you’re interested in how these are made. I’d much rather buy 4 pairs of classic Stan Smith with different colors and I’ll keep all of them longer than the one pair of CP’s… the Stans may be cheaper made, but I’m still able to keep mine for many years as for the price I can switch between more pairs. 4OO+ for white sneakers is a ripoff in my opinion. For that price I say get several Stan Smiths and don’t look back.

  46. Steven Louis on May 14, 2020 at 3:07 am

tbf, I think what you have is the Stan Smith Vulc shoes. Not the OG Stan Smith. The OG’s have a leather heel liner.

  47. Mike Kisonu on May 14, 2020 at 3:08 am

Anyone else thing the "Crown Northampton" sneakers look like CLOWN shoes? 🙁

I don’t care how COMFORTABLE they are, those are some UGLY ass shoes! LOL! 🙂

  48. MIke Graves on May 14, 2020 at 3:09 am

I looked into the Crown northampton and they must have gone up in price considerably, on their site the shoe you referenced as 200.00 delivered is now 235 pounds or 303.00 US. do you know why the dramatic increase ?

  49. Paul on May 14, 2020 at 3:10 am

Thanks very helpful! I went from white Adidas Stan Smith to white ECCO sneakers and regretted spending the extra $. They cost more and chaffed the hell out of my heel. Doing my research this time around!

  50. Jason on May 14, 2020 at 3:10 am

Kind of off topic but how do you care for these? I know with boots theres a lot of moisturizing and such but is this necessary with these white leather shoes as well?
